Greener Camping Club

Booking Policy

- In order to comply with countryside planning policy, we operate as a Greener Camping Club members-only campsite. The Club was established by people with a passion for sustainable, eco-friendly camping holidays. When you book your holiday with us, you will be enrolled as a member of the Club. Membership costs just £12 for the calendar year and gives you access to some of the greenest campsites in the UK. It also includes participation in the Club’s “Trees for Life” scheme, whereby a tree is planted for every member we enrol.

- Check in 4-7pm. Check out: 12:00pm.

- Unfortunately we don't accept any stag/hen parties and no pets are permitted on site.

- Campfires may need to be restricted during heat waves, given the risk of wild fires. This is at the owner’s discretion.

- Please bring matches/ lighters for your campfires and good torches.

- You must take responsibility for yourself and your families especially as you are staying at a working farm. Please refrain from spending time in the farmyard other than to meet the owner, and stay clear of the river and the woodlands in heavy rain and high winds.

- Children must be supervised at all times.

- Please be mindful of your fellow campers and wildlife, and respect our rule of quiet time from 9pm-7am.

Cancellation Policy

- Any cancellation made more than 28 days before the holiday start date will be subject to a 30% admin fee.

- Any cancellation made within 28 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.

- We strongly suggest you take out holiday insurance to cover any losses.
